You will receive this sweet little girl in a tattered antique crazy quilt bag. Of course the bag has moth holes!  Hand written signature by Marilynn Talbott 2000. Tag attached.
The Tattered Rabbit Farm was in Potomac, Il.  Owned by a Mother and Daughter team, Marilyn Talbott and Toni Duhon.  The pair created folk art dolls from the early 1990's to about 2004.  Their work is displayed in prominent places including:
Museum of American Folk Art (NY)
Indiana Museum of Art
Art Institute of Chicago
The attention to detail is unsurpassed on these dolls,  no shortcuts  here.  The pair scouted antique shops and markets for vintage fabric, linens, buttons, trinkets and old ornaments to incorporate into their whimsical dolls.  The end results are "perfectly tattered" works of art.  Impossible to duplicate, amazing workmanship, these are treasured heirlooms.  I believe the team has retired to sunny Florida.  Their work is limited,  rarely coming to auction.
