    This is beautiful Samantha and 20" Porcelain doll made by Heidi Plusczok in 1999.   Samatha has blue glass eyes and has long blonde mohair hair.  She is weaing and attractive pastel dress with a flowered patter over an eyelet slip and pantaloons.  She is also wearing blue leather maryjane shoes and white shocks.  Samantha has porcelain arms and legs and head with a soft body, she is on a wired armature, and her head also moves.
